So gorgeous! What an amazing cake. I love green tea desserts. This cake is a perfect way to celebrate  momentous occasions. I love  anything matcha creations and what a brilliant idea to incorporate tahini in it. Makes sense of course. I also love that it is mousse & not butter cream.
